Manually Calculated Shipping
Fastek offers free shipping across Canada for most orders over $250 before taxes. While we automatically calculated shipping rates, in some cases we will be required to charge a manually calculated shipping fee. We reserve the right to refund and cancel any order at any time if necessary. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Local Pickup
If you are ordering for local pick-up, please make sure to mention which branch you would like to visit. You will receive an email when your purchase is ready for pick-up – please do not attempt to pick up your order until you receive that email.
Online Shopping Fulfillment Terms
Fastek makes no guarantees that any particular product will be in stock in any location or warehouse at any given time. As a result, some products may take several days (or weeks) to arrive at our facilities before being available. If you place an order for local pickup, you will receive a notification when your order is ready; please wait for that notification before attempting to pick up your order. If your order is being shipped to you, please be advised that there may be some delays in shipping at this time. If you have concerns about how soon a product will be available to you, please call us toll-free at 1-800-570-2211 and speak to one of our friendly staff members.

Shipping and Delivery Terms
Our free shipping discount applies to domestic online orders only and is subject to change without notice. Your order must total at least $250 CAD before taxes at the time of shipping in order to qualify.
Any items that are considered oversized or heavy may need to be delivered via special freight carriers and may not be eligible for free shipping.
The free shipping discount may not be combined with any other offer or promotion except at our sole discretion, and does not apply to orders picked up in store. No equivalent discount will be applied to in-store or online orders that are not shipped.
If your order does not qualify for free shipping, the shipping charge will be based on the weight and measurements of the product(s) and the address to which it will be shipped.
Business to business shipping is often less expensive than shipping to a home address.
Fastek will not process any order without correct billing information and will not ship any order without a correct, confirmed shipping address. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time without exception or penalty.
Delivery addresses cannot be changed once a purchase has been made. Backorders
We do our very best to avoid backorders, but they sometimes occur. If your order contains an item that is backordered, we will get in touch and advise you of the anticipated delivery date. You may, of course, cancel any backordered item at any time, before that item is shipped. You may also request that we hold your order until all items are available for shipping so that the order may be shipped at the same time. However, this does not guarantee that all parts of the order will arrive at the same time.

Taxes
Fastek Inc is required to charge the appropriate Federal and Provincial sales tax as dictated by law. If you have a Status Card that allows you to claim an exemption from sales tax, please get in touch so we can accommodate you at the time of your purchase.
